Having no luck logging onto the Fitbit app on my iPhone. Tried working through customer service. For 2 days they tell me someone will follow up. Still waiting. My tracker is working fine, and I can access/sync my tracker on my computer. But, the app is not allowing me to log on. It simply keeps running, the little wheel keeps spinning. Help?!?!?! Thanks.

If you've already deleted the app and reinstalled it then I can't think of anything more severe to try so waiting for support may be your best bet at the moment.
