Cannot pre-order: Invalid address

I am interested in pre-ordering the Blaze, but when I enter my billing address (in Ireland), I cannot proceed because I get the following message: We were unable to validate the billing address you entered. To avoid billing issues please ensure that that you've entered the billing address correctly.

 

The address is definitely my correct billing address. I can see from the forums that several other people had a similar problem but it is not clear how this was resolved.

Hi there,

I have since contacted the support team but it didn't help, as their response was essentially "please call us in the US from Ireland" which is not something I am prepared to do. Toll-free is not free when you are in a different continent. Incidentally, your online system is now able to recognise my billing address but is unable to verify my shipping address. It is not particularly convenient for me to have items delivered at home, but it may be OK depending on what company is attempting the delivery. Can you advise what delivery company Fitbit uses in Ireland? I have tried to look this up online but am not having any joy.

Hi there, I am having the same issue, being in the Isle of Man, it will not accept my billing address. 

 

How did you get around this? Did calling them actually resolve anything?

I seem to have cracked it after countless variation attempts. In the address line 2 (where it suggests flat, floor etc) I just stated 'house' and it accepted the rest of my normal address. Hope his helps others
