Cant read text messages

I just got my Blaze yesterday and love it.. but.. i can't read my text messages.. they show up but ot just says 'new message'. Nothing happens when I tap it. Pretty sure its probably a setting on my phone but dont know where to look.. I have a Samsung S7

Hello,

 

Any update on a solution for the fact that all I see is "view message" on my blaze verses the message?  

 

I was once able to see the message now that is now happening

Yes I have tried the procedure and it still doesn't work. The odd part is
that it worked for more than a year until 2 weeks ago.

Same thing has happened to mine. Had mine since 2016 and just recently started not showing my whole messages. I've done everything as listed above. Wish Fitbit would get this fixed. It is the main thing I use my blaze for.

I worked with Fitbit for days and no changes. the last response was, in short, a sorry and they do not have a solution at this time the issue is not common and hopefully it will fixed with the next update and to keep my Fitbit updated. 

 

To be honest my Fitbit is always updated is always updated and I was not happy with the response. Not only did I feel like they couldn't help bit that they gave up. Oh well 😒

I have also been having this issue, any time I get a text, it says "view messages". This had been happening for about 2 weeks and  I've had my blaze for almost 2 years.

Fitbit has changed the code on the developer end to get blaze users to update their discontinued product. This was done during an update. Save your money! Fitbit lite is currently the cheapest equivalent. Use caution as they have the ability to continue to do this on any of their products.

When did they change this code @Happy-g this thread was started while the Blaze was the premiere tracker.
