Hi I am unable to use the GPS running function from my blaze, when I click on Run, it says, connecting to phone, then errors with "check fitbit app". The only way to use GPS at the moment is to start the run from my phone app and not the watch which is a pain. I have read articles and have made sure the location for GPS is switched to on, both on my blaze and phone. My phone is LG, G3. My daughter has the same phone and it all works perfectly. I am also unable to connect for music as well. Has anyone got any ideas or can provided some suggestion. Thank you.
