Hi guys!
I have my Blaze for almost two years and I noticed that, inside my heart sensor it's blurry, and, because of that, my heart sensor is working and it's measuring my heartbeats, but it's monitoring my sleep quality.
Is there a way to safely open it and clean the sensor "window"?

Hello @GustavoGibo, it's good to see you around the Community forums for the first time.
Thank you for sharing this information about your heart sensor that is blurry from the inside. Before considering other options, please let me know if you're indeed having trouble to measure your heart rate or to monitor the sleep quality, I noticed you mentioned that both of them are working properly.
In the meantime, and if you've having trouble to track your sleep or heart rate, make sure to try performing a restart procedure.
Unfortunately there's not a completely safe way to open the Blaze to clean it. If possible, could you please send a picture of the blurred are you're seeing?
Please keep me posted.

YHi @DavideFitbit , thanks for helping me!
Yes, the heart monitor is working (although I'm not sure if it's working 100%, I can just see the heartbeat changing, but not sure if it's being precise.
The sleep monitor is working 50%. It can measure for how long I slept, but it doens't measure the sleep stages. It's just a flat line. I tried to restart it, factory reset it, change the types of heart senson behavior (auto and on) but still I can't get the sleep stages to work.
I'm sending a picture of the back of my fitbit. Hope it helps.
Best regards.
