Has anyone heard anything about different clock faces. I prefer a digital clock face over analog but don't think I've seen any digital clock faces on the Blaze yet. Might have just missed them. Also hoping for a lot more options than what the Charge has at the moment. 4 isn't that much.

I saw 4 new clock faces on my app this morning. When I chose one of the new faces it wouldn't show up on my device. It defaulted to "Today". I thought it was strange so I jumped on the website and plugged my dongle in thinking I needed to update my device. But now those four clock faces do not show up. Sad face. They were really good looking. Hopefully they'll be available to us soon.

I've updated my firmware today, nope...nothing new, no new clock face, absolutely nothing. But I'am too bothered anymore, I've bought another fitness tracker which has everything I've expected/need (built in GPS, 4GB space for mp3s, HR, super amoled screen, bla bla bla....anddddd this particular tracker have tons of clock faces (mostly free from its app store) - yes I have gaven up on Fitbit. Been wearing the new fitness tracker since 2 weeks ago, been liking it ever since. Today someone is coming over to take a look at my Blaze....if everything goes well in the negotiation I'm gonna just "let it go, let it go". I wished there were more clock faces in the update earlier today, that would maybe somehow impress the potential buyer.

Good call on selling the Blaze.
I am going to take mine back to JB Hi-fi. I have been wearing it for a
while but the item sold is not the one on the website. If they don't take it
back I will make a complaint with the ACCC. I was told new clock faces are
coming but how long do I have to wait? It may not even be released until
next year (if at all) for all we know, and then the Blaze will be well out
of date compared to every other device.
Fitbit needs to make a note under the images that the Clock faces shown are
for display purposes ONLY and are not part of the actual product.

Fitbit finally replied to my email which asked about Clock Faces.
Fitbit Support said "We apologize for the delay of our response, due to unexpected high volume of emails, we're working as quickly as possible to respond to all our customers. Upon checking in the system, we were able to confirmed that you have already 9 clock faces in your dashboard to select"
This is now turning into a debacle as I still only have 4 Clock Faces as per the screen shots below;
I am going to try and take the Blaze back to JB Hi-Fi on Friday and swap it over for anything but a Fitbit device. For $320 it is nothing but an expense pedometer with ugly clock faces.
From my Phone
From Fitbit Website - Settings -> Blaze (https://www.fitbit.com/settings/device)

Just got another email
"Please know that at this time only the clock faces you see in the Fitbit app are available for your Blaze.
We're working on additional choices that we'll make available through firmware updates as they become available. The app will notify you when a firmware update is waiting, and you can click the release notes link (or look under the Clock Faces menu) to see if that update includes another clock face."
I have had enough of Fitbit.

Hello everyone, the clock face issue is all explained in the thread on the 301 firmware update. Please keep an eye on that thread, this ad is pinned to the very and easy to fine, for finding about updates. It will be the very first post of the thread that you want to watch.
Now as for the update schedule, it will be rolling out.. This means that only a percentage of users have had the ok ion to update. Fitbit will slowly over a short per of of time be adding more users Be received this update. This is done to keep their servers from crashing, then nobody will get the update.

the update will run in phases to avoid the server from crashing ? must be a pretty rundown server haha. Manufacturer's like Samsung and Apple could just send out updates to everyone one time (without phases) and they have billions of users around the world compare to numbe of Blaze users. The way I see it, this is another way of saying "the dog ate my homework".
I read another forum thread where some users managed to get the new firware update, they got some new watch faces but it stop working. the worst part of it some user raised the concern of thier Blaze getting frozen up after updating the firmware version....if thats the case then I wouldn't update mine even when the official firmware is out until the smoke clears.

I on the other hand am not so lucky, the potential buyer for my Blaze text me yesterday just to inform me that he had bought a fitness tracker....darn you Gar*%n. Well now my Blaze will be sitting in its box at home until the next potential buyer comes along.

I see that fitbit now states "Coming Soon" on their website for the blaze. I guess they are finally realizing that they should not over promise as they can not deliver. If i had taken screen shots of their website before the changes, i would consider sending them to my countires competition bureau. I have read the guidlines and it seems that fitbit is outside of them.

I am not using my Blaze anymore...been wearing my other fitness tracker for the last 3 weeks or so. The Blaze have been kept in the original packing eversince I got this the other tracker (waiting for someone to take it off my hands). I've sent an email to FITBIT asking about updates for Blaze, FITBIT replied saying updates will come in stages to the users....I will be informed when my turn comes. Haha whatever !!!
My current fitness tracker have updates coming in for improvement or upgrades on every fuction, today I received notificaiton to download updates for the daily activity log (they made it better by giving more user option to it 🙂 ). this is the second update I receveid for this tracker within 1 month. This tracker I am using have far far far much more fucntion than what the Blaze have to offer, the question is why does it take FITBIT so long to come up with an update for the Blaze ? for god sakes how hard could it be to create more watch face ?

@RugbyFan sorry for the delay but without a proper tagging of a user, you had to wait for me to stumble across your question.
For your answer see the link in my sig.
As for where my info comes from? While I ydo have access to a private forum, most of my updates are just relaying info already posted by the mods in these here forums.
And here are the five new faces that I have.
