Hello,
Every two days or so I get a "Clock face error" message on my fitbit and I have to go into the app. and choose a new clock face. This is incredibly annoying. I don't want to have to do this every couple of days. And it's never because I'm doing anything in particular. Sometimes I get the warning when I am just sitting at my desk at work, no buttons are ever hit. Thoughts? Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your tracker giving you a Clock Face Error message. Changing to a different clock face is a great workaround but you can also try restarting your tracker to see if that takes care of it for good.
You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. See if this works and let me know if you need anything else!
