Whenever you're exercising, you can see the time by tapping on the display where the stats appear. This will let you go through all other stats as distance, calories burned, etc. Including the time. Also, you can press and hold the top right button when in exercise mode and this will let you see the time specifically at the top of the screen.

@FerdinandFitbit holding the top right button while in exercise only gives me the music control screen, no clock.
Usually I scroll through the stats until the clock apears, I forget about the tap also woks.
