No problem getting my iPhone to sync with my Fitbit but the computer says I haven't synced since December.  I need the computer to sync for other applications.  Any suggestions?

Is the program Connect still installed?

 

If you have Windows 10 then you dont need the S/W. But if not you do

I have Windows 10. My iPhone gives current conditions (steps/heart rate) but my computer says it was last synced December 2017

When you say the computer, are you reffering to the Win 10 app or the web page on the browser?
