I received the Fitbit Blaze pink and gold watch for my birthday on June 5th. After one week, my screen had a huge crack from top to bottom, it just kind of appeared, no known bump or bang. It took a bit of arguing and complaining, but I spoke to someone who agreed to send me a replacement centre part. I do truly love the Blaze and all it has to offer, but I have had this new one for a month, and the screen is completely cracked again. I don't really know what to do, I was told the replacement thing was a one time thing as a crack is not under warrantee. I can't really justify paying $300 even if they offer 15% off. They assured me numerous times when I had the issue with the first crack that the Blaze does not crack. Does anyone else have this problem

It's great to welcome you @Lmwatt and @sandy17.
I am sorry to hear about your Blaze display inconvenience but it is weird to hear that this display can cracked that easily. If you haven't do this, I recommend taking a look at our warranty policy.

Best AnswerHi,
I was reading this post because I have a similar problem with a different story. I have a cracked screen as well, unsure how it happened but take full responsibility for it. It is over a year old. I have no warranty on the Fitbit Blaze. I am aware that the screen is replaceable. I am also aware that the fitbit blaze can be taken apart. I am trying to get a hold of the screen itself as a product part to replace it on my own. I can't seem to find any replaceable parts on the fitbit website for my fitbit blaze. Can you help me with this?
Sincerely,
Your loyal customer,
Nick

Best Answerhttps://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01GGLDF80/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 makes a great screen protector for the Blaze and there are 3 in the package. I'm on my 2nd protector as the first one was damaged. I have no idea what I did but the Spigen protected the Blaze screen. Not sure why Fitbit doesn't simply sell a screen protector or include them with the Blaze. But I guess the same way smart phones don't provide screen protectors. I've had one on every phone I've had over the last decade. They are worth their small price for protection.
