I am writing this on behalf of my son, who has obviously forgotten his sign in!
When he charges his fitbit Blaze it shows after a while that it is fully charged. However, as soon as we take it out of the cradle it immediately dies. He had this issue last month as he only got this at Christmas and he was sent a replacement device, but this issue has arisen since. Can anyone help?

If this is the second one its happening to make sure its being charged correctly
See this thread for charging best practices. If you are not charging it correctly you could be damaging the battery

Great to see you around @PaulK1892 and @WendyB thanks for stopping by.
I would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Is your son's tracker working properly now or the issue continues?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
