Breastfeeding can't be chosen as option though feel free to eat 500 calories more than the plan or try listening to your precious body as well, she will tell when being (more) hungry, and when having eated enough (not stuffed but pleasantly full).
Feel free to add your vote / comment to @emilyma11 's suggestion on the Feature Requests subforum:
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Pregnancy-and-nursing-settings/idi-p/680233
The more votes increases the chance of the developers integrate the functionality.

Hi @Rsheldon. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂
I was almost sure there was an option for this but I just searched for it and couldn't find it so I'd recommend following @SunsetRunner's great advice of adding your vote and comments on the feature suggestion and in the meantime, you can as he says, eat those 500 extra calories.
Anything else, we're here to help!
