Hi GiddyDi,
are you still getting notifications on your Blaze? If not, I think there's something wrong with it's Bluetooth LE connection to your iPhone, even if your Blaze may be listed in the corresponding settings.
Try removing the existing pairing profile in youre iPhone after having shut down your Blaze. Then disable Bluetooth on your phone and restart it by holding the Home button and the power switch until the display goes dark and the Apple logo reappears.
If your iPhone has booted up again, go to it's bluetooth settings and turn BT on. Now it's time to turn on your Blaze again. Start the Fitbit app, go to the notifications section and enable them to force BT LE pairing.
That should do the trick - I'll keep my fingers crossed.
