Droid Turbo 2 Compatability

A request to add Droid Turbo 2 to the list of compatible devices. It's a new phone, and popular, so there's no reason why I can't have the full features just because my phone isn't "compatible"

What errors do you recieve, or what is not working?

Welcome to the Community @rnsatter. It would be great to have more devices in the Compatible Devices list. I checked and noticed that you have already shared Your Idea which I think is great. I hope Fitbit can implement this soon.

It's great to see you around @gmm6797. Could you please tell me which mobile device you have? I recommend checking in our List if your phone appears in the compatible phones.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Welcome back and thanks for the information @gmm6797. Unfortunately, Droid Turbo2 is not a compatible device and that's why you have problems with the Fitbit app. I recommend checking our list of Compatible Devices. Also, keep in mind that you can sync your tracker with a computer.

Unfortunately, I dont see anything incompatible, everything syncs and everything records and posts to my web account.

What is defined as not working?

incompatible could simply mean that Fitbit hasn't thoroughly tested the phone with their app yet,  they also have to test the phone app with every fitbit model, and option.

I am more curious what I should be checking in on or what is/could be missing

I have a Droid Turbo 2 and just received the Blaze, I don't get any notifications, No Messages, No Calls, No Calendar events. I looked through the Help and I don't even have notification options on the Blaze nor do I have any options in the FitBit app. Is this correct? The help said to turn on Notifications but there isn't any option for me to turn on. Please advise on my situation.

Thanks Homies!

You will need to go to the messaging app, turn on the push or pop-up notifacation.

Now open the Fitbit app, go to the Blaze settings scroll down for call and text notifacation

I made those changes, I did get a text message to come through. I got a phone call to come through. I haven't gotten a calendar event to come through yet. I'll keep trying.

Thanks for the help

My droid turbo 2 does not ring anymore since I sync it to my blaze. Is there something I need to do for my phone to ring again?

Disappointed that rather than moving forward with between Alta and turbo 2 it has got worse. Worked until last week. Than poof, no syncing, cant find fitbit, cant find tracker, yada yada. Hopefully prelude to 1 step back, two steps FWD. Head scratcher that they have not got a handle on the droid 2 issue by now.

If it worked last week, it should work now.  Have you tried the troubleshooting tips.

I had. Will be doing so again.

Whole process between phone and alta started great.

In hindsight think problem was largely caused by a massive droid OS update.
It has caused problems with other apps as well.

I am having the same issues. My Droid Turbo 2 will not sync my Fitbit. I have to sync on my computer and then it catches up on my phone. I am disappointed since I like the idea of keeping track on my phone. It was a selling point for me. The strange thing is it did work for the first few days and has now stopped. I have removed and reinstalled the app, turned off my phone, restarted Bluetooth, all as recommended but nothing is working.

At the risk of a jinx, all of sudden not only is it actually working with
my droid, it is also publishing notification. Cool beans.
