A request to add Droid Turbo 2 to the list of compatible devices. It's a new phone, and popular, so there's no reason why I can't have the full features just because my phone isn't "compatible"

I am currently having the same exact issues....However, my computer won't see my alta through the bluetooth, and won't see the dongle either! so I'm "dead in the water" and not able to sync with anything! I'm tempted to return the Alta and look else where for a tracker thats works with my phone 😞

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine! If you are having problems connecting your trackers with your phones, I recommend checking if your devices are on the list of compatible mobile devices, if they are not, you won't be able to connect your trackers with them. Could you please tell me which phones you have and if you are experiencing another kind of inconveniences with your tracker and devices?

So my device isn't compatible? I spent over $200 for a Fitbit and you say it's not compatible with my phone?

I have a Turbo 2 as well. Sounds like "it's not compatible with the Droid Turbo 2 is the answer that Fitbit is giving. I'm pissed!!!
