Droid Turbo 2 Compatability

A request to add Droid Turbo 2 to the list of compatible devices. It's a new phone, and popular, so there's no reason why I can't have the full features just because my phone isn't "compatible"

I am currently having the same exact issues....However, my computer won't see my alta through the bluetooth, and won't see the dongle either! so I'm "dead in the water" and not able to sync with anything! I'm tempted to return the Alta and look else where for a tracker thats works with my phone 😞

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine! Woman Happy If you are having problems connecting your trackers with your phones, I recommend checking if your devices are on the list of compatible mobile devices, if they are not, you won't be able to connect your trackers with them. Could you please tell me which phones you have and if you are experiencing another kind of inconveniences with your tracker and devices?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Wink

Per email: Turbo2.

At one point everything was working super perfect then not good, then ok
for a while, and then a complete failure.

I have given up. I am at a loss on how the turbo 2 is totally now unable to
work but it is what but is and I am not wasting any more time. Ironically
my iPad syncs with alta which in turn allows my turbo to sync. Makes NO
sense. Except maybe we can blame Marshmallow update since that causes other
SD failure/corruption/ data problems for me.

In the end the Bluetooth failure on texts and calls are the only aspect I
truly am out, missing, except it is a silly inconvenience of syncing iPad
just so I can read my phone.

Cheers.

So my device isn't compatible?  I spent over $200 for a Fitbit and you say it's not compatible with my phone?

I have a Turbo 2 as well.  Sounds like "it's not compatible with the Droid Turbo 2 is the answer that Fitbit is giving.  I'm pissed!!!

Well it is now September and fit bit has still gotten no where with putting the Turbo 2 on the compatible list. I had an alta that synced for a while and then android updated and killed the sync so I had to reset the alta then the fitbit app updated, and the alta never synced again. I now have the new charge 2 and that synced right away without issue until I turned off my Bluetooth on my turbo 2 to save battery and now the charge 2 no longer syncs. Someone needs to figure something out because we should not have to have a specific phone to sync via Bluetooth for anything. If you say it works for Android phones then make it work for ALL android phones.
