Error message while logging in

Hi,

 

My food icon wasn’t letting me update my calorie intake, so I logged off the app and logged back in, now it won’t let me log back in and keeps bringing up an error message, I’ve tried deleting the app and updating my iOS but still no luck, any suggestions to help?

I would like to know if you keep having issues logging in to your account? If you do, could you please provide me with a screenshot of the error you are receiving? Have you tried to log in to your account from another device besides your phone?

 

Please make sure you are entering the correct email address and password.
