Exercise options

My cousin and I both bought our Blazes at the same time about a year ago and we never compared them. But I just learned (while working out with her) that she has an xtra option on her exercise menu. We both have run, bike, weights treadmill and elliptical but she has an additional option... Workout. Would anyone have any ideas as to why this would be? Im kind of jeaslous because that workout feature would be great with our Camp Gladiator workouts.

@Shawn1231, you can choose 6 "exercise shortcuts" on your Blaze, so if you only have 5 you can add "workout". (If you already have 6 you will need to delete one to add another).  

You can change which exercise shortcuts (from a preset list) are available on your Blaze whenever you like.  

You can add/ delete/ change your shortcuts from your app.  Depending on whch app you use, the instructions are here.
