Still can’t seem to resolve the problem? Anyone else stuck in the same boat or found results another way?

I had the same problem this morning. I disconnected my Fitbit from Bluetooth on my iPhone and it resumed the update. Now it is working fine.

I tried updating my Fitbit today. I have an iPhone with app version 2.43. My Fitbit HR is stuck with update image now. Practically useless at the moment. What can I do to get it working again?
