Hello, I've recently purchased a new Flex 2 as I had lost my old one. I'm getting the same error message (Domain Error 18) on my iphone 6. Please let us kniw when it will be fixed. Thank you.

I Was receiving this error and managed to get the tracker updated. I connected to the wifi and Bluetooth, update worked after turning on wifi and actually connecting to a network.

I had the same problem this morning. I disconnected my Fitbit from Bluetooth on my iPhone and it resumed the update. Now it is working fine.

Turning off the Bluetooth while the Fitbit app was open and turning the Bluetooth back on also worked for me. The Fitbit completed the update. This is for IOS

I tried updating my Fitbit today. I have an iPhone with app version 2.43. My Fitbit HR is stuck with update image now. Practically useless at the moment. What can I do to get it working again?
