Hey Suegee. Your comment is bit confusing. What do you mean by: "Disconnect from Bluetooth with your Fitbit on and connected to Bluetooth."
Also, I amn't sure how update would work if bluetooth is off in my iPhone?

Best AnswerSorry to be confusing. My Fitbit also got stuck halfway through the update and was useless. I googled the problem and saw a suggestion to disconnect the Fitbit from Bluetooth, so I tried it and it worked. I went to settings on my iPhone, then to Bluetooth, and disconnected my Fitbit from Bluetooth. As soon as I disconnected, my Fitbit resumed the update, and it has been fine since. I can’t explain why it worked, but it did.
You will not be getting any answer in the Blaze hardware forum. As you realize your error is on an iOS device, not the blaze
If your looking for an answer please follow the main thread on the iOS forum.
Best AnswerThe update won’t run unless I’m connected to Bluetooth. This is so frustrating
Best AnswerThe update ran when you were t connected to Bluetooth? Mine won’t run the update until I’m connected.

Best AnswerMaybe different for each of us. Mine was stuck halfway through the update, and when I disconnected from Bluetooth the update immediately resumed with no other action on my part. No problems since then.
Best AnswerI’ve done all that was said to do and I’m still getting the error any other recommendations?
Best AnswerHi Chicky,
I called the helpdesk and they were able to help me. I believe the key is disconnecting from blue tooth but they helped very quickly.
Good luck!!

Sorry your posting in the blaze forum about an error with the app on a phone or computer. Glad you got it working, yes removing the tracker from the Bluetooth many times will fix it
