I had the same problem this morning. I disconnected my Fitbit from Bluetooth on my iPhone and it resumed the update. Now it is working fine.

Turning off the Bluetooth while the Fitbit app was open and turning the Bluetooth back on also worked for me. The Fitbit completed the update. This is for IOS

I tried updating my Fitbit today. I have an iPhone with app version 2.43. My Fitbit HR is stuck with update image now. Practically useless at the moment. What can I do to get it working again?

Best Answer
Disconnect from Bluetooth with your Fitbit on and connected to Bluetooth. Mine immediately resumed the update, and is working fine. Reconnect to Bluetooth once the update is done.
