I just got a new blaze and during setup it says to keep the fitbit close to my mobile device for the firmware update. its been updating for over 15minutes now. Is this normal?

Welcome to the Community @TioVala! I've noticed that when users are trying to update their tracker using a mobile device. It will take more minutes than when using a computer. In case it's taking longer please try doing the update using a computer.
