My screen on my FitBit Blaze has frozen on the FitBit symbol - have tried to reset it but it didn't work... not sure what to do now so any help would be gratefully accepted!

@WendyB thank you for the advice but unfortunately @AlejandraFitbit it did not do it any justice! I have only had the fitbit from Christmas and very upset that its no longer working. Not sure what to do now so any help would be amazing!
