Can you buy the the bezel (metal surround frame) separately from fitbit?

No, you would have to buy a replacement band that comes with a frame. Have you contacted support if your Blaze is still under warranty?

Thanks for your help. I emailed the support team and got back to me within
an hour. They've said they are going to send a replacement so I'm relieved.
