Does anyone know how to contact Fitbit? Please my screen has been blank and won't even charge. Thanks. 🙂

You can contact customer support via:

Before you do, it's worth trying a restart of your fitbit using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it doesn't always work.

Hello, 

I have tried everything and it won't even charge. It's just dead. Nothing blinks and it will not charge.
