Hi,
I have had my Fitbit for over 1 year now, but in the last previous weeks it gave up.
It started a few months ago with my Blaze not always connecting to my phone's GPS when going for a run. I then had to delete it from the app and reconnect in order for it to work for around 2-3 runs.
Around one week ago it stopped reading my HR. I have tried everything in the troubleshooting part (wearing it on a different place, restarting it, changing the settings from auto to on etc.) But it did not work.
Just as I was about to contact customer support I noticed that my battery started to last shorter and shorter. In about a week it went from lasting 4-5 days on a full charge to lasting less than 5 hours.
Yesterday, I could not charge my Fitbit anymore. I put it in the charger and after one hour it still showed only one stripe of charge. The watch also became very hot. And when I pooped it out of the charger it died almost instantly.
I feel like my Fitbit Blaze has given up all hope, and now I'm wondering what should be my next steps, as I'm still within my two-years (I'm from the EEA).
Could anyone help me with this?

Best AnswerMy blaze has been doing the same thing all this week also. This can not be a coincidence as I’m seeing others posting the same message
