Fitbit Blaze display not working

My Blaze will only show the time on the main screen. Can not swipe to bring anything else up on the screen. Tried to do a reset and nothing happened

Welcome to the Community @jovigirl1974 and @lynscal! If the display of your Blaze isn't working. Then, make sure that you already restart it by following this procedure.

My Blaze touch screen is no longer working. I cannot swipe in any direction, however I am still receiving notifications. I attempted the retstart but it takes me to the last notification I received. Very frustrating.

I called fitbit. They are sending me a replacement
