Hello!
I use a Blaze almost a year and am still trying to figure it all out. My biggest issue right now is that even though my fitbit is displaying my heart rate on the device and syncing to the app, the app says there are no measurements for heart rate. Is there something I can do to fix that? I tried reseting, turning off and on, bluetooth paired again, turn off and on notification and that didn't help. Still no measurments. I've checked the web and there's no more heart monitor option anymore. I am dissapointed about this tracker.
Thanks!

Hi @Simonluk - Is it possibly that you accidentally removed the heart rate tiles from the app and/or the online dashboard? Both are editable... On the web, there is a little checkerboard type icon in the upper left corner that allows you to add and remove tiles. On the phone add, there is an edit button at the bottom of the dashboard page. Let me know...

Hey there @Ozzie65. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I also agree with @Ozzie65. It could be that you don't see the heart rate tile and that's why it seems not to be showing it on the dashboard but you can find that tile again by following his instructions above.
Now, if this was not the case and you do see the heart rate tiles but nothing shows up, I'd like you to attach a screenshot of how it looks and also, try to set up your tracker as a new device.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and heart rate should show up on your dashboard.
Let us know how it goes or if you need more help!
