I noticed that my Blaze is frozen on the Fitbit screen. I also noticed that the heart rate light are sold green instead of flashing. I tried to reset it by holding the left button and bottom right but the Fitbit logo just flashes and nothing happens.
Please help,
Thanks
Stephen

The steady green lights indicate you definitely need a hard reset Stephen. I see you tried with no success - sometimes this is because that third (upper right button) is stuck in the depressed position in its band housing 😉 Try this, remove your Blaze from its band and toggle the third (upper right button) a few times with a finger nail to see if it is "clicking" freely. Once satisfied, depress the home (left) and lower right buttons at the same time and hold until you see that fitbit logo flash a couple of times or a count of at least one to 30. If it still doesn't reset (vibrate) then give customer service an opportunity to suggest additional options after you share what you have already tried. Fingers crossed for you, thanks for checking forums 🙂
