I’ve been having trouble getting my Blaze to charge and now it’s suddenly not tracking any sleep data. I’ve done all the usual troubleshooting.

Hi there @Vdavis. Good to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems to get your tracker to charge and also with your sleep not being tracked. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this problem.
As @WendyB mentioned before, I'd like to know what you have tried. I'd like to know what exactly happens when you put your tracker to charge. Are you seeing anything on the display or it will not show anything at all? Have you tried different USB ports or wall outlets?
Now, about your sleep not showing, this could be because of your tracker not having enough battery. Do you not see any sleep logs at all or is it giving you simplified sleep data instead?
I'll be looking forward for your reply!
