Fitbit Blaze not charging?

Hey there, I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem? The backing on my Blaze tracker broke off yesterday but it clicked back into place so I didn't worry about it. Today, I tried charging it and nothing is happening.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello @JayRVA welcome to the Fitbit Community! 😉 When you mention the backing on your Blaze broke off do you mean the part where the charging contacts are? I would really appreciate if you can post a photo of the damage to your Blaze. Did you contact support as suggested by @SunsetRunner? by the way you are always so helpful

It's the black back piece attached with the screws, it came apart when I took it off to charge but I was able to pop it back on but now it no longer charges. I had two Fitbit Charge HRs before this one so I might try something else since all my Fitbits keep dying on me.

Hello @JayRVA thanks for the photo of your Blaze.  If your tracker is not charging please contact customer support, let them know with details the issue you are experiencing to save some time.
