Hey there, I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem? The backing on my Blaze tracker broke off yesterday but it clicked back into place so I didn't worry about it. Today, I tried charging it and nothing is happening.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello @JayRVA welcome to the Fitbit Community! 😉 When you mention the backing on your Blaze broke off do you mean the part where the charging contacts are? I would really appreciate if you can post a photo of the damage to your Blaze. Did you contact support as suggested by @SunsetRunner? by the way you are always so helpful

It's the black back piece attached with the screws, it came apart when I took it off to charge but I was able to pop it back on but now it no longer charges. I had two Fitbit Charge HRs before this one so I might try something else since all my Fitbits keep dying on me.
