Fitbit Blaze not charging

Hi I brought a Fitbit Blaze last December as a gift for my partner and on Monday night he put it on charge and it will not charge at all could you please tell me what I can do? Thank you.

Did you try different USB ports?

 

You wont see it charging until its set up.

If it has been set up then I would take it back and exchange it where ever you got it. If here than contact support

Hi yes it’s all set up and have tried all that I can with it even got another charger but it’s still not working thanks for reply
