Hi, can someone please help? My fitbit Blaze is showing my steps, however wont show them on my phone. It says syncing, but wont sync properly as only shows calories when synced and not steps. The watch is synced with my phone as its receiving texts and phone calls. Just need the steps to come over to the phone and they wont. Ive turned phone off and on, updated the ap, and turned Bluetooth off and back on. Thanks

It's great to have you here @bteede and @mandymoo1! Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've done. Your Fitbit app will always show calories burned as it's your BMR. However, this doesn't mean that your tracker is syncing.
Regarding the notifications you're getting, your tracker will be connected to your phone through your phone's Bluetooth. This is why you're getting the notifications but your other data isn't syncing. Please confirm that you've followed this syncing procedure.

My steps do not show on my app. I got a Blaze a few months ago and this has been an ongoing problem. Seemed like I had more features and less trouble with Charge.

It's great to have you here @Sept9! It sounds like your Blaze isn't syncing to your Dashboard. I would like you to make sure that you've tried this syncing troubleshoot. Also, please confirm you have a supported mobile device as this can be one of the reasons why you're having trouble with it.

Thanks for coming back @Sept9! You can confirm your Blaze is syncing by going to the main page of the app and below your tracker's picture, it should say when was the last time it synced.
