Everyday I fight with my app and new fitbit Blaze to sync together. I love the features of the Blaze but never had this problem with my Alta. And two different times in the last few weeks I have struggled to keep it paired. What am I doing wrong?

I'm sorry you're having a hard time getting your new Blaze to sync with your app 😕 Totally not cool.
Have you already tried to restart it? If not, you can give that a try. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, try to get it to sync and see if that helps.
If that doesn't help, you can also try to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
