So I can't get my Fitbit Blaze to turn on . I charged it and was trying to sync and it wouldn't so I did shut down and I can't get it to come back on at all.

Hi there @Elizabethbruna, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that your Fitbit Blaze is no longer turning on. I'd like to help you out with this.

Now, when you put it to charge, do you see anything coming up on the display? If not, have you tried any other USB ports on your computer or have you tried using a wall adapter?

Also, have you tried to restart the tracker? If not, You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Hope this helps. If you're still having problems after this, let me know and I'll be happy to help you out!

Hi, I tried doing all the things you mentioned and my Fitbit blaze still will not turn on. It just blinks the Fitbit logo.

I’m having the same issue, tried holding down the right 2 buttons but nothing is happening.

Can’t charge and it won’t switch on.

Nor will mine - but mine could be a battery issue - I get no response whatsoever from charger (and I not only cleaned terminal with alcohol, but bought a new charger cable).

I left my Fitbit Blaze on charge again for some hours and tried the reboot again and it came back to life and charged normally - no idea why - it just did!

Actually my blaze just decided to work again!

I think the battery was completely drained so it managed to reboot itself once connected to charger again

Help was offered but eventually my Blaze came back to life under its own accord.

I am having the same issues with my Blaze.  It is fully charged and I try the reboot, but it fails.  All I get when holding down the reboot buttons is the fit bit logo, a slight vibration and then it dies.  Is there something  support can help?

All I can say is that after several failed tries to reboot I left my Blaze on charge overnight and tried another reboot which brought up the charge screen and continued to full charge.

So, support did indeed try their best to help me, but it appears my fitbit blaze is dead (RIP).  Charging doesn't bring any life whatsoever to the fitbit (no lights, nothing). I even bought a new charger thinking that might be the issue, but to no avail. I cleaned terminal, etc - did all they suggested but it seems it is dead.
thanks for the help everyone!

Hi thanks for getting back to me.  How can I get support to possibly help me?  Mine does turn on for about 30 seconds and then dies out.  Do I have to make a separate thread?

I already have had it charging overnight.  It turns on for maybe 30 seconds (fitbit logo) and slowly fades out.
Thanks.

@patanj Welcome! It's great to see you around! Thank you for following the suggestions in this thread. Since the Blaze isn't working the best thing to do is letting our Support team know so they can further assist you. You will get an email from them.

@JuiceDidit  sorry to hear that Support couldn't help revive your Blaze. Was it still under warranty?

@SunsetRunner great to know that yours responded after you left it charging overnight. Hopefully you are already back on track adding all those steps.

Keep me posted!

Back on track but always best to open a thread to support.

Thanks for checking in on me - no, it was just out of warranty.  Support offered me discount on ionic (which I would love).  My problem is that I live in Ukraine (now), so I doubt they would ship here.
