I've only had my watch for a couple of months and the wristband snapped away from the frame, without force or misuse, should I return it or is that not covered by the 2 year warranty? My brother has one as said he's on his 3rd strap in a year ... worrying.

The strap is covered by warranty so it's probably best to contact customer support to see how they can help:

Customer service will hopefully send you a new one (that's what I would expect to happen here), but I recommend getting some additional straps so you have them. I got a pack of 8 different ones on Amazon for about $10. They're holding up fairly well!
