I've been using my Blaze for a while (approx 2 years), and today it went flat. I've put it on the charger but today it won't charge. Any suggestions?

Hello,
I am searching for Fitbit support as well. My Fitbit Blaze won’t charge. It shows the battery display, but when I charge it, nothing displays. I tried the reset without any luck. Hoping to get this fixed.
Thank you.

How old is your device? If it is older than a year or two you may want to
hug another device. I have been through all of the resets and the technical
help from customer service and nothing worked. I got a coupon for my next
purchase. But I have chosen to go the route of an Apple Watch. Spending
over $200 in a device that they know has only a limited life span without a
repair option is not something I want to do again.
I hope this helps. Good luck.

Well, crap. That’s too bad and I agree, may need to consider switching devices too.

I made the same decision to go with the Apple Watch. I went with the series 3 and it cost about the same. I am hoping it will last longer than 2 years.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my message.
Di
I went with Apple. Thank you for responding.

I have a Fitbit Blaze that will not charge! I've had the watch for about 2 years too. It's been weird about charging. This time it won't at all. I reboot it twice, cleaned the connector, shut it off twice. My husband's watch changes on this charger with no problem. I even tried to change the connection to charge like a computer or different wall adapter.

Unless it’s covered by extended warranty or insurance. They won’t help.
Time to buy a new one.

I had a similar problem with my Fitbit. I determined that over time, the contact between the charger and the Fitbit became somewhat worn down. What I did was put a small wrap tie through the window of the charger on the side that’s closest to the charging contacts.
I also bought two new chargers, one from Walmart and another from Best Buy. The one from Best Buy seem to work best. At first it took a lot of time to get it recharged again so be ready to spend the day or so doing that.
My Fitbit operated another 2 years before it died for good.

I might try that. I have the oOriginal charger and I bought one off
Amazon.com and neither of them worked for me. So I’ll try to buy one from
Best Buy see how it goes the gym is not the same without it. But I’ll keep
you posted thanks for the feedback

Yes. It’s terrible. It’s so many of us and they are only offering a 15% off
our next purchase. I will probably buy the Apple Watch.

Same exact conditions with my Blaze. I have attempted the reset, but it does not appear to be taking a charge. Can I send in to Fitbit for a fix? What are my options? Thanks
