My Fitbit won't sync with my Samsung and I tried everything that is being said in the troubleshooting section in the website. The only way I can sync it is with my Ipad which works perfect. The bluetooth is not staying connected for long and sometimes it doesn't even connect with the Fitbit even if it's saying it's connected. Help me pls as I really like the new one and it's a shame that has all this problems

My FitBit does sync with iPhone and iPad BUT not for the map or gps function.
Disconnecting the Bluetooth and pair again didn’t help.
This problem continues more than a year.
Verry disapointing !
