Fitbit Blaze

I've had a Fitbit Blaze for about 2 years now. Aside from software update/sync issues in the past, it has worked pretty well. But in the past few days, something has went wrong. The Blaze is no longer responding to the touch screen at all. And the screen changes randomly as though it has been touched. I've tried resetting the device and charging it overnight. The side buttons still seem to be working fine. When it changes to a different screen on its own, I can use the side button to get back to main screen. The best I can tell, it is still tracking as it normally does. Syncing to my phone still works. It appears to still charge the battery like normal. Anything else I can try to fix this issue?

Hi @ElaineBautista  restarting the device is usually the first step. Two years is a pretty good lifespan for the Blaze. Mine died about that time, but it just went dark and never returned. Did you check to see if there is a firmware update for your Blaze? It's entirely possible that restarting multiple times will help, but ultimately the Blaze will fade away. With holiday sales approaching, keep an eye out for your next Fitbit.
