I downloaded the Fitbit app and i put all my information in and it and it would not connect. I deleted the app trying to start all over so I downloaded it again and it says to put my information in and then it says it belongs to another user . What do I need to do? Thanks

It sounds like you are trying to create a fitbit account for a second time using the same email address. The account you created the first time should still be there so rather than creating a new account you can just login to that one.
As to why it would not connect, have you checked that your phone is supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
