Fitbit blaze does not show current time

Hi,

I have a Fitbit Blaze. When I went to New mexico it did not sync the time with the time in New Mexico. Then when I came back home it did not show Pacific time. I have tried syncing it with my Iphone 6 but it does not seem to work. I have shut down my watch and start it up again and it did not work. Would appreciate any ideas you might have.

Welcome to the Community @lnarayanan. If your tracker is not showing the correct time, I recommend changing your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync again.

 

To change the timezone do the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. Tap the account icon
  2. Slide down and tap advanced settings
  3. Verify that the automatic timezone option is off
  4. Tap Select timezone
  5. Select your timezone
  6. Sync
