Fitbit blaze no longer syncing with Iphone

I have a fitbit blaze with the latest update and IOS 10.3.1 on my Iphone. Today my fitbit stopped syncing to my phone and disconnected the Bluetooth, I reconnected it with Bluetooth classic via the fitbit but it still would not sync. I tried the reset and it did not help so I disconnected the fitbit from my account and now it won't re pair. How can I fix this?

Have you shut down the phone completely and restarted it. If not it's probably the first step in any solution.

The iPhone doesn't use the Bluetooth classic to control the music, syncing happens through the Bluetooth Low Energy.

I have had the same issues with my Fitbit Surge, and after rebooting my Iphone it has synced.
