OK, so Engineers are working on the issue with the 250 steps per hour .... fix it or remove it. I'm tired of not getting credit when I meet the goal on my Blaze but the app doesn't register. Fix it don't respond you are working on it ... it's been too long, fix it. Floors what a joke, I walk the same path sometimes 1 floor, sometimes two sometimes 8 sometimes xxxxx. Seriously remove floors, my wife sets her's to one its meaningless. Ok, you are the best but I'm tired. I bought my Blaze for the GPS, you know it's screwed when recording walks, not fixed. The 250 activity, not fixed, the floors not fixed.
Hey, your engineers must be incompetent I'd been fired.
Please don't respond, just fix

Seriously, im not sure what jind of resoonse your looking for. Posting a comment like this in a comunity forum of fitbit users, set up for fitbit users to help each other out with their fitbit problems.
The people the post is addressing are not a part of the comunity.

@Rich_Laue Knowing that Fitbit employees are members of this community, and speaking as a community member that spends time helping others, I both share the frustration voiced in this post and believe it has a place in a community forum (just like it does on Facebook, Twitter, etc).
I'm a Fitbit Blaze and Aria scale owner, and along with several friends am frustrated by a number of issues on the Blaze (e.g. walking distance based on steps when using Connected GPS). I'm also frustrated about the Surge, the most expensive Fitbit, as its considered a legacy product and hasn't been updated in over a year, and for that reason along with other issues I sold it.
Was initially excited reading Fitbit CEO comments about the new Fitbit smartwatch, but rapidly losing faith in Fitbit's commitment to multi-sport, ability to deliver advanced features, lack of clarity on issues, and dodging tough issues. A good example of dodging issues is right here on the forums: the #1 voted Feature Request is hidden from the Top view.
Right now the Top voted request shows "Reminders to Move for..." with 3133 votes.

However "Integrate with iOS Health"
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Integrate-with-iOS-Health/idi-p/319432
currently has 4960 votes! How is it that the top voted feature request is hidden from view? This missing feature impacts my daily satisfaction with using Fitbit products, to the point I would sell the Aria scale if I could get a reasonable price (I've tried on Craigslist).
Why is Fitbit hiding this #1 voted request from view?

Sorry I'm not sure what is ment by hiding, or how to tell what the number one voted request would be.
As for third party inteqtation, here from the Third Party Forum
Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. It's up to the owner of the third party app to implement or update features for their app. Unless there's some sort of limitation on Fitbit's side (e.g. no Fitbit SDK), then it's safe to assume that the owner of the app is the one to contact if you're interested in seeing the integration improved.
When there is a problem Fitbit does help, but it is up to the third party to implememt their link.

Haha, now you are dodging. Allow me to explain, although I'm sure you already know this as one of the top contributors and community council member:
- Fitbit forums has a Feature Suggestion forum
- the Feature Suggestion forum has a function to display suggestions ordered by "Top" or "New" or "Hot"
- "Top" view provides a list of suggestions ordered by the number of votes, the most voted suggestion appears at the top of the list
- the #1 voted suggestion disappeared from that list, after achieving something like 4000 votes (I don't remember exactly). The #1 voted suggestion is still missing from that list. In the comment section for that #1 suggestion, in response to questions why it was now hidden from Top view, a Fitbit employee confirmed that it was deliberately removed from the Top view. I believe that post has since been deleted, or I didn't look far enough back in the comments section See 02-06-2017 10:36 post in this thread https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Integrate-with-iOS-Health/idi-p/319432/highlight... for a convoluted admission that it is now hidden from Top view.
I think my initial hiding comment was detailed and clear, and if not, that I've now cleared up any misunderstanding.
Yesterday I tried to help this user:
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Blaze/Unrealistic-calories-burned-after-spinning-class/m-p/1967487
I posted a response, suggesting she read the wearing tips to increase HR accuracy and providing data as to why 440 calories was reasonable. The post was silently deleted. I posted another response from my home computer on WiFi, and used my iPhone on cellular data (not WiFi) to confirm it posted successfully. I checked back an hour or two later and the post had been silently deleted. I wonder why my helpful posts were deleted?
