Fitbit blaze stops when running

Hi the past 2 or 3 runs I have done, as soon as I reach the 1 mile mark my blaze goes back to the main screen and I have to restart the excersise mode. Any help as it is so frustrating. Thanks

The exact same thing is happening to me. I have had my Blaze since December and 2 days ago it started stopping at the 1 mile mark. I must keep restarting it. In my 5 mile run today I had to restart 7 times.

It's the most frustrating thing ever. I had to do it twice in a row today. I hope someone can point out what the issue may be

I just called Customer Service Number (877)623-4997 and they are going to replace the Blaze Via warranty

I will phone them regarding this if it continues as I have now reset tracker. Hope it is sorted

Hi

I received a replacement blaze under warranty as my old one on runs would reset itself at 0.9 miles. My new one done the same today on first run. Any ideas on what issue could be
