Fitbit blaze won’t switch on

Hi can anyone help me

my blaze won’t turn on after a reset it’s fully charged and it turned itself off on my wrist and now I can’t even turn it on yet the green flash is still on but my screen is black

i have Only had it 4 months and I wondered if anyone had any similar issue so

Mine too since yesterday evening. It wont charge, tried another charger, no differnce and this morning my husbands is doing the same.  App says it need update, but won't!  any help out there?

I have the same problem. It switched off on my wrist during a run. The lights on the back are flashing rapidly but the screen won’t come on. I have tried to reset but nothing happens. 

Any help?

Hello... I had the same problem this morning after a system update and read that holding down the button on the left at the same time with the lower button on the right for about 10-15 seconds (or until the green lights stop) will work and it does. It will turn back on and display the Fitbit logo and it should be back to normal. I hope this works for you too!

Try a restart by holding in the left and lower right buttons. Try it a few times since this is only a soft reset.
