I can't restart my fitbit.. it's been like this for over a month and the battery won't die so I can restart it.. I was wearing it one day and then I went to check the time and the screen has blue red yellow lines going across it. I can't use the touch screen.. help!!! Thanks in advance.

I have a similar issue with mine, lines across the bottom of the screen. It’s been like it a while but I had forgotten that it’s still under warranty! I’ve just emailed customer support.
