Floors aren't showing

My Fitbit blaze has stopped counting my floors but everything still works, what can I do?

What have you tried already (to avoid trying to repeat things too many times)? Have you done a reset for example?

To reset a Blaze you can either use the Shutdown option in the setting menu and then press a button to start it up again or press and hold the left and bottom-right buttons for 5 seconds or so simultaneously until the Blaze restarts.
