I bought the watch in the USA and I live in Israel.

The watch does not read Hebrew. Why?

Not sure why you would expect a US market device to support Hebrew, or most other languages for that matter.

Try to talk to Fitibit people

I would expect that it should recognize some languages as other electronic devices do, despite that fact that are made in the USA.

In the meantime I found this info,

Fitbit properties are available in several languages based on the regions where we sell our products. CHANGING YOUR APP DASHBOARD LANGUAGEChanging the language on your mobile device will change the language in the Fitbit app. CHANGING YOUR FITBIT.COM DASHBOARD LANGUAGELog into your fitbit.com dashboard. In the lower right corner of the footer you can choose your country. Your fitbit.com dashboard will automatically update to the primary language for the country selected. CHANGING YOUR TRACKER LANGUAGE

If you have a Fitbit Blaze™ or Fitbit Surge™, your tracker must use the same language as your fitbit account. To change the language on your tracker:

  1. If you use the Fitbit apps for iOS, Android, or Windows, find Advanced Settings and turn off Automatic for locale detection.
  2. Choose your country and then sync your tracker.
  3. Follow the instructions to update your tracker's firmware.

Note that the Japanese, Korean, and Chinese languages are not yet available on Blaze or Surge.

@Raphiduani, Israel in not one of the countries listed for the blaze. I'm not sure which other country will list the Hebrew language. You will need to contact customer support to confirm the Hebrew language.
