Heart Rate Can not turn ON

I got it only 1 days which buy from CRC.

And today , I turn off the heart rate function , when I want to turn on , it failed .

Already try many restart , From iOS to Andriod 

, but not working.

Not working even I restart and turn off and on the tracker.

I noticed that you're using a Fitbit Blaze, so I've moved your post the Blaze Board. In regards of the issue that you're having. Please access to the Fitbit.com Dashboard on the browser of your phone or computer, go the Settings in the upper right corner, choose the Blaze, and change the HR into "On". Then force sync your Blaze on your phone. Once you're sure they sync. Change the HR into "Auto" and force sync it again. 

 

This should solve the issue! Woman Wink

There  is a,settings menu on the Blaze.

In this menu there is an option to turn on/off the heart rate. I would try this also. Of course you only want to try one place at a time. If using the app or web, please make sure tyat a sync happens after.

I have the same issue and it is a brand new Fitbit blaze bought 2 weeks ago. Since then the green light behind the Fitbit is not turning on.  Have restarted the tracker and sync it from the dashboard as well as changing the heart rate monitor on the tracker's setting.

Just now the Fitbit sent me a info request mail and said will replace a new one for me.

i hope this will delivery soon and will not problem again.(╹◡╹)

I have the opposite problem I can't turn my heart rate off when I turn it off they still on without flickering and I do what you mention before

My fitbit blaze heart rate tracker is not working, I just got this watch almost a week and the heart tracker stopped working, regardless rebooting or turning it on and off. Can I just return it?

@Bahaa Did you try to access to the Fitbit.com Dashboard on the browser of your phone or computer? Go the Settings in the upper right corner, choose the Blaze, and change the HR into "On". Then force sync your Blaze on your phone. Once you're sure they sync. Change the HR into "Auto" and force sync it again (all in that order.)

 

@ubelong Sorry about what happened with your new Fitbit. If you purchased your tracker in the Fitbit.com Store, you can claim the warranty policy, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund if you're fully satisfy with the product. If you purchased from a local store check the information on the receive or check with them.

I tried what you say , the settings in my watch changed but the green light is still there
When the settings is on the green light flickers when it is off the green light stops flickering but stays on.
