Heart Rate Monitor - Fitbit Blaze

Love my Blaze but this morning the heart rate monitor stopped working. I noted that the sensor lights are not flashing. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks.

I tried reset. It did not work for me. I called customer support. They sent me to settings. I had my HR turned off! I turned it back on and it seems fine. My arm was damp earlier and was stinging me so I rotated the band to position the HR in another spot. Maybe it shut itself off.

 I bought my Blaze a month or so back.   It was working well initially. About 2 weeks ago I noticed that it sometimes would hang for some minutes on the Today screen, but then would become OK on its own. Now the issue has become serious.  The watch hangs several times  in the day. I also notoced that at this time the HR green lights whch blink go off completely. I tried  restarting, syncing, etc without any success.

 

Please help.
